What Actually Happens Inside Career Metamorphosis: A Month-by-Month Breakdown

Considering Career Metamorphosis but nervous about exactly what it will entail? I get it - So I broke it down month-by-month for you so you can see what to expect during our coaching container.

Month 1

Month 1 is about discovery. I walk through your Human Design body graph and natal astrological chart chart with you to give you a deep understanding of who you are where you are meant to contribute and shine, and what types of work will come most naturally to you.

We explore types of work you've been in before, industries you are curious about, and talk about jobs you are jealous other people have.

Homework includes exploring some of these curiousities and learning to work with your Human Design Strategy & Authority.

Month 2

Month 2 is really about dreaming. Nothing is off-limits this month. Want to be a broadway star? Great! Tell me why and let’s brainstorm how we can make it happen. This is where you stop filtering yourself and actually start to admit what you’ve always wanted.

This is usually the month where guided visualizations come in - So you can really start to see your future self as if she already existed.

Month 3

Month 3 is about deconstruction. Up to this point in your life, you’ve believed a story (or many stories) about yourself that has limited you in some capacity or another. This is where we start to break that down.

We anchor your identity in your Human Design & Astrological charts, and choose a Tarot archetype to help give you the courage you need to shift your identity into the one that’s been underneath the surface all along.

Months 4 & 5

We continue the work we’ve been doing and choose a direction. The path forward often requires that we go back and do a little more discovery, sometimes a little more dreaming, and a whole lot more deconstruction. We expand your mind through visualization and meditation techniques so you actually start to believe you're worthy and capable of the type of work that you really want.

Homework items in these months can include informational interviewing, business planning, or even starting a passion project.

Month 6

This is where we tie everything up and deliver. By now, you will have a clear picture of where you want to take your career next, so we can start to develop a roadmap for you to get there.

By the time our 6-month container is over, you are grounded in:

-Who you are,

-What you want professionally, and

-How you are going to get there.
