We start with your Human Design and astrology as a real diagnosis, not a personality quiz. This is where we separate genuine desire from what's actually just an escape from a job that isn't working. A lot of women arrive already certain they want something completely different. Here, we find out if that's true — and if it is, what it actually looks like.

The heaviest-lifting stage, and the one most career coaching skips right past. We get specific about your real values through authority check-ins and tarot work that unlocks limiting beliefs and breaks ingrained patterns.

Once we know what's real, we build a small, low risk way to test it: the early shape of a personal brand or positioning, an honest look at your actual runway, and a concept you can try before you bet everything on it.
