Career Coach. Soul Searcher. Purpose Activator.

Hi, I'm Meghan.

I used to be really good at building everyone's career but my own.

For years, I worked as a corporate recruiter — the person on the other side of the interview, helping people land the roles that were supposed to change everything for them. I was good at it. I could see, almost instantly, where someone would thrive and where they'd struggle. What I couldn't see, for a long time, was that same thing in myself.

I said yes to the right title. The right salary. The right next step. And somehow, I felt more lost with every promotion — like I was building a life that looked right on paper and felt like poison underneath.

It wasn't until I discovered Human Design that I was able to see the truth: I wasn’t meant to follow the same path as everyone else. I'd just never been shown how to find the unique path meant for me. Once I learned that, I couldn't unlearn it — and I couldn't keep working the old way.

What I Bring to This Work

The practical and the intuitive, both fully real

I sit at an unusual intersection: nearly a decade of hands-on recruiting and HR experience, paired with deep study in Human Design, Astrology, and Tarot. I'm certified as a Life Coach through Lumia, a Strengths Coach through Gallup, a Level 1 Human Design Analyst through MyHumanDesign, and a Transformational Tarot Coach through Biddy Tarot — credentials I don't wear lightly, because this work deserves real rigor, not just vibes.

I use these tools together, on purpose. The intuitive side helps you see who you actually are underneath what everybody else is screaming at you. The tactical side helps you build something real with that clarity — a resume that reflects it, a job search built around it, a career that doesn't ask you to abandon yourself to pursue it. Neither half works without the other, which is exactly why I offer them together.

How I Work

A map, not a mandate

I don't believe in telling you who to become. The tools I use are not meant to take away your autonomy or tell you your inalterable future.

I believe these tools can remind you of who you already are, clearly enough that the next step becomes obvious. Your chart, your patterns, your history — none of it is a life sentence.

It's why everything I do moves through the same shape: See it clearly first. Name what's actually true. Test it before you bet everything on it. Then live it, with a way of deciding that's yours to keep long after we've finished working together.

Whether we spend thirty minutes together or six sessions, my job is the same: help you trust yourself again, faster than you would on your own.
